Overview

Our Private Valuation solution enables Surveyors to carry out a range of independent valuations for private clients.

In conjunction with Survey Hub, the Private Valuation software enables the completion of a range of reports including Right to Buy, Help to Buy, Probate and Lease Extensions valuations. Surveyors select the report type they wish to complete and the App automatically presents the appropriate survey data capture questions.

Survey data is captured in the App through electronic site notes, photographs and floor plans, with convenient PDF formatting for each report type. Surveyors can review and edit sections of the report where required and create a set of commonly used phrases to generate site notes and reports quickly and consistently.
