Our technology

We are a leading provider of mobile surveying and workflow management software, servicing the UK property services industry. Approximately 80% of all UK mortgage valuations are processed using our technology.

We deliver a range of integrated operational business management platforms that streamline workflows and secure data exchange. Our innovative solutions enable clients to improve business processes and increase productivity, whilst mitigating property-related risk.

Our data

We maintain a database of 150 million property records across the UK, with 20+ years of historic transactional data.

We leverage our comprehensive and current property database, processing and analysing complex correlations into new and valuable insights.

Information is delivered quickly and accurately to our clients in formats that are simple and easy to use, enabling clients to stay informed and make smarter decisions.

Our leadership

Jim Driver

Managing Director, Energy, Mortgage, Real Estate & Data Solutions

In 2005 Jim co-founded eTech, the predecessor to CoreLogic’s business in the UK. Prior to this Jim served for 10 years as a Captain in the British Army.

Jim oversees strategic direction, product roadmap and key client relationships for CoreLogic UK.

David Driver

Commercial Director

In 2005 David co-founded eTech, the predecessor to CoreLogic’s business in the UK. Prior to this David practiced as a commercial Solicitor with Eversheds in London.

David oversees commercial and regulatory operations, product roadmap and key client relationships for CoreLogic UK.

Alison Lester

Head of HR

Alison joined CLUK in 2022, with over 20 years’ experience in HR for both private and charitable organisations. Alison is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has experience in effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR results, aligning to business strategy and best practice.

Alison heads up the HR function in the UK and is responsible for the strategic leadership and provision of HR services for CLUK which includes driving employee engagement, developing employee talent, building leadership and learning, developing career management and reward frameworks and ensuring operational and service excellence.

Mark Blackwell

Chief Operating Officer

Mark joined the business in 2014, with over 30 years’ experience working in senior roles at lending organisations, including, credit risk, mortgage operations, sales and marketing, regulated financial services.

Mark leads CoreLogic UK’s Lending & Surveying Services Division, supporting the management of key client relationships and leveraging his market knowledge to help ensure we are delivering solutions that enable customers to improve their efficiency and risk management controls. Amongst his responsibilities, Mark heads up an experienced Implementation team delivering our solutions to our lending and surveying clients alike.

Joe Mellon

ECMK Director

Joe joined the business in 2006, bringing a wealth of experience in business systems and technology. Joe is experienced in delivering strategic projects, including leading high-performance teams and successfully implementing the project plans.

Joe is responsible for overseeing ecmk, a subsidiary of CoreLogic UK and one of the UK’s leading Government registered Accreditation Schemes for the Energy and Property Assessment Industry. Joe leads a team of technical specialists, auditors and experienced Energy Assessors.

Dawn Allenby

Product Management Director

Dawn joined the business in 2011 with over 20 years’ experience working as an IT Business Analyst in the Utility and Automotive Industries. Working within various areas including Energy Efficiency, Document Management, Finance & Pensions; fulfilling the Project Manager/Business Analyst role within multiple projects to deliver the required business software.

Dawn leads the UK's Project Management team managing the customer requirements from the elicitation stage through Business System/Forms Design, Development and Testing phases through to the roll out to Customers.

Stewart McRae

Sales Director

Stewart joined the business in 2013, having worked as a consultant for a number of years in the field of property data and analytics latterly with assignments for the Land Registry and Hometrack. Stewart heads up the sales and marketing function for CoreLogic UK, bringing a wealth of knowledge in team management, market research and product deployment.

Stewart works across all divisions within CoreLogic UK and is responsible for the full business development cycle and heads up an experienced account management team.

Rob Cartwright

Energy Services & Solutions Director

Rob joined the business in 2012 having worked in technical and service delivery roles developing innovative solutions for the Domestic Energy Efficiency market. Rob heads up CoreLogic’s Energy Solutions Division and oversees core strategy, product development and client services.

Rob’s team supports five of the UK’s largest energy suppliers, providing software platforms which assist our customers to deliver against statutory carbon reduction targets.

Russell Smith

Managing Director, Parity Projects

Russell founded Parity Projects in 2005 and is a recognised expert in the retrofitting of domestic properties. Parity was acquired by CoreLogic in May 2024 and Russell leads the team that supports Landlords, Local Authorities, Regional Governments and Finance Providers in understanding their retrofit responsibilities and options for taking on the challenge of tackling the complex challenges ahead.

Russell is also Founding Director of the National Retrofit Hub and Founder and non-Exec Director of RetrofitWorks cooperative.

Our history

CoreLogic have been operating in the UK since 2002 and was the first company to introduce an Automated Valuation Model to the UK property market. In 2017 CoreLogic acquired eTech Solutions Limited, a leading mobile surveying and workflow management software provider. eTech was founded in 2005 by brothers Jim and David Driver and established a strong track record of building innovative solutions that have helped transform the UK surveying & valuation and energy assessment markets. Since the acquisition, CoreLogic has continued to expand the range of products and services available to the UK mortgage lending, surveying, residential estate agency, insurance and energy assessment markets.
