Job Photo Management improvements on PAS Hub

PAS Hub now allows users to view all photos that have been submitted from the iPad for each Job. In addition, it is also possible to move all photos that are shown within PAS Hub between ECO Documents and Technical Surveys to streamline the process of generating new PDFs for submissions.

Viewing Job Photos

To view the photos for a Job, click the Photos area on the left-hand side menu within the Job. Following this, select the required Appointment Type from all Appointments that have been completed for the Job and PAS Hub will display the associated photos for it.

Moving Job Photos

PAS Hub allows you to select photos from the selected Appointment, either one photo at a time or in bulk, and move a copy of photo(s) to an existing Technical Survey or ECO Document, e.g. you could move a photo of the Pre-Main Heating Source from the PAS Assessment to the Boiler Technical Survey. Once a Survey has been selected, you will then be required to select the relevant photo question from the Survey to move the photo to.

To generate a PDF with the new photo(s), navigate to the Evidence Amendment area within the Job, then click Publish Evidence on the relevant Survey. This will generate a new version of the Survey with the new photo(s) and this will be available within the Job > Evidence area
