Installations under GHGVS and LAD from the 31 October

Are you prepared for the 31 October?

From the 31 October 2021, all installations under the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme (GHGVS) and Local Authority Delivery (LAD) Phase 1, must comply with the PAS 2030:2019 standards. This means installers must be certified to PAS 2030:2019 (previously PAS 2030:2017).  Retrofit work carried out under these funding streams must be carried out in accordance with the PAS 2035 standards, which means work must be overseen by a TrustMark registered Retrofit Coordinator and property assessments must be carried out by qualified Retrofit Assessors.

Connect with Retrofit Coordinators

CoreLogic is a TrustMark registered provider of PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinators. We work in partnership with ecmk Accreditation to enable Local Authorities and Housing Associations without the in-house skills or capacity to outsource PAS 2035 Retrofit work to Retrofit Coordinators.

Our network of Retrofit Coordinators will:

• Oversee Retrofit projects, providing real-time visibility of progress
• Provide timely feedback, ensuring all elements are suitable/compliant
• Sign-off and lodge to the TrustMark data warehouse upon authorisation
