TechMarketView: “eTech steered by star Drivers”

“I caught up the other day with David Driver, one half of the fraternal founding and co-leadership team at Solihull-based mobile survey software developer, eTech, recent winners of the WCIT Enterprise Award in the £5m+ revenue category.

The Drivers had set up three prior businesses before establishing eTech back in 2005. Since then, eTech has firmly established itself as a market leader in Eco and Green Deal solutions for energy suppliers, and has extended its reach into the residential surveying and mortgage valuation market.

eTech’s next big challenge is to address more vertical markets for their mobile surveying solution. To do this they are undertaking a complete rewrite of their core platform with a view to partnering with SIs for implementation services. These are ‘life-changing’ moves for a small company, but undoubtedly necessary to play on a bigger stage. They deserve success.”
