The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has announced that £778m will be awarded to the second wave of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
CoreLogic UK is working in partnership with Parity Projects and can help Local Authorities and Social Housing providers identify and target properties for Wave 2 projects based on scheme criteria using Parity Projects’ Portfolio product. The complete Retrofit journey can be managed using CoreLogic’s PAS Hub workflow management platform and mobile assessment App, which integrate directly via API with the Portfolio product. Projects can be lodged directly to the TrustMark Data Warehouse, offering a total end-to-end solution.
Rob Cartwright, Energy Solutions Director at CoreLogic U.K. commented “Our experience from previous SHDF waves, and similar Schemes we’ve been engaged in, is that our customers really need this fully integrated end-to-end solution and project oversight, rather than disconnected platforms, spreadsheets and SharePoint sites. This enables far more cost-effective, efficient and compliant delivery of Schemes, supporting greater levels of retrofit, which is what both our organisations are passionate about delivering.”
Russell Smith, Managing Director at Parity Projects added “We’re delighted with the success rate of our clients in this Wave, but know the hard work is just beginning. Integration with services like CoreLogic’s PAS Hub help smooth the data journey from strategic planning to onsite delivery, and onwards to progress reporting on Portfolio.
CoreLogic’s Retrofit Software is already being used to help deliver PAS 2035 compliant Government funding schemes including LAD, HUG, SHDF & ECO4 and is now ready to receive SHDF Wave 2 projects. CoreLogic can also offer PAS 2035 services including Retrofit Assessment, Design and Coordination. CoreLogic and Parity Projects are ready to help you and your supply chain deliver Energy Efficiency installations to social housing, in the most efficient and compliant way.
Parity Projects Portfolio service gives landlords the power to report on the current energy performance of their stock, model options against cost, carbon and/or heat demand targets, and report on progress. It is currently used by the landlords of over 2 million homes.
