Solutions to help deliver SHDF Wave 2 scheme installations

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has announced that £778m will be awarded to the second wave of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).

CoreLogic UK is working in partnership with Parity Projects and can help Local Authorities and Social Housing providers identify and target properties for Wave 2 projects based on scheme criteria using Parity Projects’ Portfolio product. The complete Retrofit journey can be managed using CoreLogic’s PAS Hub workflow management platform and mobile assessment App, which integrate directly via API with the Portfolio product. Projects can be lodged directly to the TrustMark Data Warehouse, offering a total end-to-end solution.

How it works:

1. Use Parity Projects’ Portfolio service to test options for your Wave 2 project
2. Push those properties via API into CoreLogic’s PAS Hub solution to manage the retrofit journey, compliant with PAS 2035 standards
3. Complete Retrofit Assessments using CoreLogic’s PAS Hub/App and push the EPR data back into Portfolio via API
4. Complete the Retrofit journey using CoreLogic’s PAS Hub and App, which integrates via API with Portfolio for IOE/MTIP modelling, so you know your outcomes will be consistent
5. Monitor progress using the Managing Agent view, then lodge the completed PAS 2035 projects on the TrustMark data warehouse from CoreLogic’s PAS Hub via API
6. Push post installation EPR data and core documents for the completed projects into Portfolio via API, so your property data is updated to reflect the retrofit
