The Quidos iQ-Energy lodgement portal for Domestic & Non Domestic Accredited Assessors now integrates with eTech’s property assessment app.

eTech’s Property Assessment iPad App for the efficient execution of property assessments and the sale of measures:

• Enables assessors to receive instructions about the assessment
• Links to the EPC on the Property Hub and GDAR RRN number
• Documentation sent directly to the iPad
• Captures accreditation scheme compliant evidence and photos
• Calculate floor areas on the device
• Sketch tool available for overlaying additional drawings
• Offline data capture (no internet required)
• PCDF database search ability without internet
• Lodge an EPC and OA directly from the iPad
• Site notes automatically created and stored for 15 years
