Property Assessment App is now ECO 2 compliant

The 2.4.2 version of SPA is now ECO 2 compliant. The Property Assessment iPad App now uses the expanded CSCO areas to flag a property as CSCO, CSCO Adjoining and CSCO Rural, and also takes into account ETT Cavity walls and loft insulation when defining primary measures for CERO.

The App also checks against the original ECO 1 criteria, and sends this information back into the Property Hub to enable Property Hub Administrators to make decisions on reporting the measures before the new reporting period in October 2014.
