PAS Hub now enables users to complete superseded TrustMark lodgements

CoreLogic have made further enhancements to the PAS Hub desktop software, continuing to provide the best possible platform to clients and ensuring that the management of ECO and Retrofit jobs is seamless and efficient.

Superseded TrustMark lodgements

PAS Hub now allows users to rollback a lodgement and complete a superseded lodgement to TrustMark for a Job, further streamlining and syncing the process. This allows amendments to be made to the Job and/or Measures within PAS Hub to generate a new TrustMark Certificate for the Job.

Note: This will be enabled on a customer-by-customer basis as there are additional charges associated with superseded lodgements. Please contact CoreLogic for further information and so that a revised contract can be issued.

In brief:

Rollback Lodgement

There is a new Rollback Lodgement option within Job > TrustMark Lodgement Requests area of the Hub that will reset the Job Status to either RC Instructed (PAS 2019) or Awaiting Installation (PAS 2017). This allows amendments to be made to the Job prior to a superseded lodgement.

Complete Superseded Lodgement

There is a new Complete Superseded Lodgement option within Job > TrustMark Lodgement Requests area of the Hub that is available within a Job that has been rolled back and has at least one Measure with Status = Awaiting Lodgement.

Manual Lodgement Improvements

PAS Hub has removed both the Job > Details > Measure > Edit TrustMark UMR and Job > Details > Edit TrustMark Certificate Number options within the Hub. These have been replaced with a new Record Manual TrustMark Lodgement option within Job > TrustMark Lodgement Requests.

The Record Manual TrustMark Lodgement option enables you to enter the TrustMark Certificate Number and TrustMark UMR(s) for a Job if a manual lodgement has been completed on TrustMark. This will update the Status of the Job and Measures to Lodged and create a new record within the TrustMark Lodgement Requests area.
