New flexible HomeVisit marketing options

CoreLogic have gained a firm foothold in the market for 3D Virtual Tours since launching the service to Estate Agents earlier this year. We are working with some fantastic clients who have given us constructive feedback on our service offerings, whilst being very positive about the quality of our photography along with our virtual tours. To ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients, we have been listening to feedback and understand that many Agents are having to adapt and respond quickly to their customers’ needs, often requiring more flexible marketing options.

On top of our ‘FULL’ all-inclusive 3D Virtual Tours package, we are excited to launch single element options for HomeVisit, on the understanding that not all Agents require the full package which includes: (virtual tour, photography, floor plan and video teasers). To accommodate different needs, we are delighted to introduce the following new options:

• 3D Virtual Tour and Floor Plan ONLY
• Virtual Tour ONLY
• Professional Photography ONLY

We always use fully trained, professional photographers equipped with the latest 3D camera technology to produce stunning virtual tours and DSLR cameras to capture exceptional photography for your clients’ properties. We also remain competitive, using our cost-effective flat fee pricing structure to give customers the best deal on any size or style of property.

We will continue to monitor our services and always welcome feedback. We will endeavour to keep the things you like and add new elements that you request, where feasible.
