eTech’s Lending & Surveying Services division has got off to a flying start in 2017.

We are delighted that three out of five of the main valuation distribution and risk managers are now eTech clients, with the potential for over 600,000 mortgage valuation report transactions annually. This is equivalent to an impressive 60% of market share.

Our Academy training workshops for surveyors and administrative users kicked off on 8th February with overwhelmingly positive feedback, and we continue to train more surveyors and administrative users as sessions continue. Through a hands-on training academy approach, students gain a thorough understanding of how to use SMART Survey and Survey Hub. Attendees also benefit from knowledge sharing with their fellow students.
