CoreLogic launch the HomeVisit Portal for Estate Agents

Since CoreLogic launched the the HomeVisit service for the UK Estate Agent Market last year, there has been growing interest from Agents looking to use the service on existing and new listings for all their marketing needs.

The recent Government restrictions due to COVID-19 on property viewings, has also triggered a really significant surge in bookings due to the high quality 3D Virtual Tours available as part of the HomeVisit service, including new clients who have come on board, looking to reopen business, adapt the way they carry out their future property viewings and meet the safety needs of both vendors and buyers.

The HomeVisit service has gained credit and positive feedback from clients, who have been delighted by the finished results and the inclusion of 3D Virtual Tours to enhance their marketing capabilities. Due to increased demand, CoreLogic recognise that the service needs to operate as efficiently as possible, with easy booking, fast turnaround and a straightforward supply of materials. Over the past couple of months CoreLogic have been working hard to develop an online platform that allows Estate Agents to manage their bookings on one centralised system.

The HomeVisit Portal is simple to use and allows Estate Agents to set up their own admin users and pass instructions automatically straight into the CoreLogic booking system. It provides status updates as the job progresses through to completion. Agents and Vendors receive automated emails to confirm when a job is placed, booked and when the output is ready for collection. Your ordered elements which could include the 3D Virtual Tour, Photography, Floor Plans and Video Teasers are electronically stored on the Portal and made available in each job file, with ease of access and downloading.
