Change to Support Desk opening hours

After close monitoring over this past week of calls received by our support team, we have chosen to temporarily adjust our support desk opening hours in accordance with current client demand. We will continue to monitor this over the coming weeks and months to ensure we are supporting our clients effectively. Our Support Desk hours of service will be as follows:

8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
