Weather conditions – client support services

Due to the adverse weather that is currently being experienced, eTech Client Services will be offering a reduced service today, in order to keep  staff safe.

The team will be logged into systems until 8pm however we will have reduced phone coverage.

If you need to call eTech please call 0333 123 1417 for Lending and Surveying queries and call 0333 123 4288 for Energy queries.

(If the call is unanswered then we need you to leave a voicemail as this will create a ticket and you will then receive a call back).

You can also email lendingclientservices@etech.net for Lending and Surveying queries and support@etech.net for Energy queries and we will investigate your problem and either email a response or call you back.

Please note that the return call may be from a blocked number.
