SMART EPC and SMART Occupation Assessment

We have completed the integration of a number of Accreditation Schemes’ Occupational Assessment engines on the iPad to sit alongside the EPC in our Green Deal Assessment Application.

We are working with BRE, Stroma, Elmhurst and NHER/SAVA to support ‘local’ calculation engines running on the iPad.

Having a local calculation engine embedded on the iPad enables the Green Deal Assessor to calculate the EPC recommendations without an internet connection. This allows the Assessor to model different packages of measures and produce the Green Deal Advice Report in the presence of the customer at the property.

We will be releasing this software to enable GDA’s to undertake Green Deal Advice Reports in the next two weeks. Please do register your interest with support@etech.net if you would like to be advised when this is live.
