Job Description:

We’re looking for qualified energy assessors looking to take the next step in their career and become qualified Retrofit Coordinators. We’re providing and funding all Retrofit Coordinator Training. You’ll be learning on the job with the support of a skilled and dedicated team.

We are currently working remotely due to COVID, but once back in our Solihull Office we anticipate this is a role that can be carried out either in the office, remotely, or through a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Retrofit coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects
  • Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers and their customers as necessary
  • Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and identify system/process improvements
  • Responding to communication from customers in a timely manner and in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputation
  • Visit site to review projects and advise installers on an occasional basis

Job Qualification:

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Energy Assessor (DEA or OCDEA) looking to undertake Retrofit Coordinator training
  • Good understanding and capability with MSOffice office suite
  • Good analytical and presentational skills – written and verbal
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines

Experience and Education Required

  • Experience of working in, or an understanding of the ECO sector is a bonus
  • You will need to be a self-starter, motivated and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills
  • You will be seeking a fast-paced environment where you will be part of a dynamic team
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful management of multiple concurrent retrofit projects
  • Completion of project coordination stages to agreed SLAs

Performance goals

  • Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
  • Develop deep understanding of current and future PAS 2035 and ECO requirements to support customers and give them confidence in service delivery
