CoreLogic have made further enhancements to the PAS Hub desktop software, continuing to provide the best possible platform to clients and ensuring that the management of ECO and Retrofit jobs is seamless and efficient.
With just a few clicks, PAS Hub now supports the option to generate a complete Improvement Model Document Pack for a Job and add this to the Job evidence, saving considerable time for Users.
The Job Improvement Model area has been updated to enable Users to select the following Package options in Edit Improvement Option or if using the new Bulk Edit option:
Following this, the Generate Improvement Package option will allow you to generate the Packages and PDFs for the Job. PAS Hub will determine the Packages and PDFs that should be generated based on the Packages that have been set on each Measure.
If a Medium Term Low Carbon Plan has been selected, then PAS Hub allows text to be entered using a rich text editor that supports basic formatting such as, bold, italics, and lists. This will be output to the Medium Term Low Carbon Plan letter.
PAS Hub will generate all Improvement Document Pack PDFs for the Job and add these to the Job Evidence area with the correct Evidence Category set for TrustMark lodgement. The Improvement Model Document Pack will be regenerated if the Generate Improvement Package or Edit Improvement Package options are used.
