PAS Hub RdSAP+ Modelling functionality

Last November, CoreLogic launched the RdSAP+ Modelling functionality within PAS Hub to help determine the best properties for ECO measure upgrades, which is now being used by many clients who are turning more ECO4 leads into feasible jobs.

Once a Retrofit Assessment has been completed on a property, anyone with access to that job can model a package of measures and see the ECO4 potential, showing starting and ending SAP Scores.

This new functionality is already helping PAS Hub customers unlock the potential in properties, that might have otherwise seemed unviable to gain anything from ECO4.

Phase 2 – coming soon!

CoreLogic in partnership with Parity Projects are also looking to further develop this modelling functionality to produce a far more extensive and specific set of measures against a property, which will enable customers to identify even more potential for ECO4 jobs.
