PAS Hub now enables booking appointments via the iPad App

CoreLogic have made further enhancements to the PAS Hub desktop software, continuing to provide the best possible platform to clients and ensuring that the management of ECO and Retrofit jobs is seamless and efficient.

Installation Appointments

It is now possible to book and manage installations on the iPad using PAS Assessment, allowing the Installer to complete the following surveys:

  • ECO Declaration of Conformity and Completed Installation (DOCC). This currently supports the following Measures:
    • Boiler
    • Heating Controls
    • Loft Insulation
    • Cavity Wall Insulation
  • Other ECO Documents
  • Mid-Installation Photographs (PICM)
  • Post-Installation Photographs (PICA)

It is also possible to edit the DOCC on PAS Hub, post submission from the iPad.

Please Note: Further installation documents, as well as the remaining measures for the DOCC, will be released over the coming weeks.

Technical Visit Appointments

It is now possible to book and manage technical surveys on the iPad using PAS Assessment, allowing the Surveyor to complete the following surveys:

  • Boiler Assessment Checklist – Assessment [PT1] (BACL)
  • ECO3 Child Benefit Self Declaration (CBSD)
  • Deemed Scores Survey (DSSY)
  • EST Consent Form (ESTC)
  • Special Categories Consent Statement and Privacy Statement (SCCS + PRIV)
  • Cavity Wall Technical Survey
  • Other ECO Documents
  • Other Technical Surveys

Please Note: Further technical surveys will be released over the coming weeks.

iPad Survey Pack Update

There is a new Survey Pack available to download on the iPad that will enable Installation and Technical Visit Jobs to be completed. All Assessors, Installers, and Technical Resources using the iPad to complete Jobs, should ensure that the Survey Packs are downloaded and up-to-date.

Miscellaneous Changes

PAS Hub now requires all users to follow the new process that streamlines TrustMark lodgement to reduce the number of manual actions and data entry that both the Company and Retrofit Coordinator are required to complete. Please refer to the previous Release Notes 2.8.1 for detailed guidance on these changes or contact CoreLogic for further assistance.
