PAS Hub Evidence Management Improvements and New Resource Skills Management

9th November 2020

CoreLogic have made further enhancements to the PAS Hub desktop software, continuing to provide the best possible platform to clients and ensuring that the management of ECO and Retrofit jobs is seamless and efficient.

Coordinator ecmk Configuration

Retrofit Coordinators are now required to store their ecmk credentials within PAS Hub. This is used for audit purposes and to allow PAS Hub to confirm that a Retrofit Coordinator is qualified to complete a TrustMark lodgement.

Evidence Management Improvements

The Evidence Category and ECO Evidence Codes for documents that are either submitted from an iPad or uploaded to PAS Hub will be set from the filename if PAS Hub can detect a match, e.g. a DSSY that is either completed on the iPad or uploaded to PAS Hub will have the ECO Evidence Code set to DSSY automatically.

The option to edit Evidence within the Job > Evidence area has been streamlined with the new Bulk Edit Evidence option. This can be selected in the bottom right-hand corner of the Evidence area (see Screenshot 1 – Bulk Edit Evidence Option). Following this, the Bulk Edit area will be shown (see Screenshot 2 – Bulk Edit Area), this allows you to change all editable fields for each item of Evidence, and also allows you to update these in bulk.

Skill Management

PAS Hub now allows Companies to create and manage Skills against each Resource. The Skills are split based on the different stages of a Job (i.e. Assessment, Technical Visit, and Installation) so that the Resources that are available on booking Appointments can be restricted to only Resources that are active and suitably qualified.
