The latest release of CoreLogic’s award winning PAS Hub software (v8.5) has included some significant functionality updates, adding further enhancements to the market leading Retrofit management software.
PAS Hub will now automatically collect documents from ecmk’s Assessor Hub as the Job is lodged to TrustMark and it will store these in the Evidence area. These documents will include Pre and Post EPR Certificates, XML files and Site Note Documents, all of which are required for ECO submissions.

In addition, PAS Hub will set the relevant Evidence Category and ECO Evidence Code on each of the above, so that these are sent to TrustMark and Funders at the correct points in the process. This applies to all jobs lodged with TrustMark and eliminates the need to manually retrieve documents saving significant time for customers.
Other changes within this latest release included measure naming and categorisation updates, consolidation of funding types, changes to APIs and other minor system improvements. CoreLogic continually invest in system updates to ensure our software and services are working to maximum usabilty and efficiency for our customers.
Alongside the latest release notes (emailed to PAS Hub customers 12.04.23) CoreLogic run monthly PAS Hub clinic sessions on the last Tuesday of every month.
