CoreLogic have updated their PAS Assessment mobile App to support ECO4 Retrofit Assessments in readiness for the 1st July 2022, from which date ECO4 Assessments will require additional data items to be lodged with TrustMark.
Changes have been made to PAS Assessment, Condition and Ventilation Surveys. These changes have been developed in accordance with the TrustMark Structured Retrofit Data Model v0.6 and the latest API documentation that is available for integration with the new Retrofit Portal.
Some of the key changes include:
• Updated PAS surveys to capture all data items required for ECO4 TrustMark lodgement.
• EPR RdSAP data capture to support ECO4 and ready for TrustMark lodgement – no manual handling of EPR RdSAP xml files required.
There will be more updates over the coming months to support Ofgem ECO4 data and document requirements, once we receive further details. For further guidance and instructions, customers should refer to the latest release notes emailed 29th June 2022.
