PAS Assessment – Survey Pack Update

CoreLogic is due to release next week the latest Survey Pack for PAS Assessment. Changes as follows:

There is a new Number of Extensions question that has been added to PAS Assessment, General Details, and PAS Installation Survey. This will map to the following Surveys:

• Cavity Wall Insulation Technical Survey
• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Flat Roof Insulation Technical Survey
• Internal Wall Insulation Technical Survey

There is a new Number of Conservatories question that has been added to PAS Assessment,
General Details, and PAS Installation Survey. This will map to the following Surveys:

• Cavity Wall Insulation Technical Survey
• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Flat Roof Insulation Technical Survey
• Internal Wall Insulation Technical Survey

There is a new Gas Provider question that has been added to Risk Assessment. This replaces
the question within the following Surveys:

• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Internal Wall Insulation Technical Survey

There is a new Electric Provider question that has been added to Risk Assessment. This
replaces the question within the following Surveys:

• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Internal Wall Insulation Technical Survey

There is a new Method Statement question that has been added to Risk Assessment. This
replaces the question within the following Surveys:

• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Flat Roof Insulation Technical Survey

The Safety Alarm questions have been removed from the following Surveys as these are
covered in the Risk Assessment:

• Boiler Technical Survey
• Cavity Wall Insulation Technical Survey
• Electric Storage Heater Technical Survey
• Flat Roof Insulation Technical Survey
• Loft Insulation Technical Survey

The following additional questions have been removed from the Underfloor Insulation
Technical Survey:

• Is there any evidence of vermin at the property?
• Is there any evidence of protected wildlife at the property?
• Is the public walkway at risk?
• How far is the distance from the parking to the property?

The following additional questions have been removed from the Cavity Wall Insulation Technical Survey:

• Job Details
• Number of Occupants
• Number of Pets
• Number of Extract Fans
• Ventilation
• Windows

The Number of Pets question has been removed from the Loft Technical Survey.
