Parity Projects and CoreLogic U.K. have joined forces to provide an integrated solution for managing PAS2035 projects for social housing from strategy to completion.

Parity Projects work with local authorities and landlords to develop cost-effective retrofit programmes, with total coverage of their services now exceeding 20m homes. Their Portfolio service for landlords supports the retrofit planning and delivery for the Registered Providers of 1.5 million homes. Portfolio’s intelligent analytics assess the current and potential energy performance of individual properties. This helps clients identify homes most suitable for improvement works and give them the tools to plan, design and implement strategic retrofit programmes.

CoreLogic U.K. are a leading property services software and data solutions provider. They operate within the energy market, working with funders, suppliers and installation firms to manage the delivery of Government funding schemes including ECO4, LAD and SHDF. Clients have access to an end to end, fully integrated PAS2035 workflow and data processing solution, as well as a Retrofit Assessment and Coordination services, all of which are designed to support the assessment, installation and reporting of energy efficiency measures for properties across the UK.

This new initiative will integrate Parity Projects’ intelligent housing model into CoreLogic U.K.’s PAS2035 compliant workflow management solution. This will provide a single end-to-end digital journey for housing associations and local authorities, from strategy development to the management of individual PAS2035 projects right through to TrustMark lodgement, producing higher quality housing stock improvement plans and outcomes.

Russell Smith, Managing Director at Parity Projects commented:
“The landlords of 1.5 million homes use Portfolio to develop their decarbonisation strategies, and are moving into delivery mode at scale. It is vital that data consistency is maintained, to avoid duplication of effort or costs. This integration offers social landlords a PAS2035 workflow that draws from and feeds back to Portfolio, and automates the inclusion of their strategic thinking into PAS2035 plans through CoreLogic’s PAS Hub.”

Rob Cartwright, Energy Solutions Director at CoreLogic U.K. added:
“We’ve been supporting the Social Housing and Local Authority sectors for some time in the delivery of PAS2035 compliant retrofit, but up until now there has been a disconnect between their programme planning, on the ground delivery, and feedback into their housing stock to reflect completed works.  We’re delighted to be able to remove the disconnect through this service integration with Parity Project’s Portfolio platform.”
