New Talent Open Day Success

eTech’s first New Talent Open Day on Wednesday 6th May was hugely successful, with students attending from various universities both locally and as far afield as Cardiff and Cranfield. The Open Day was designed to provide graduates and interns the opportunity to visit a market-leading organisation and meet various business area departments to discuss different roles and career opportunities.

After some initial icebreakers to introduce everyone, Jim and David Driver welcomed the group with a presentation charting eTech’s early beginnings and recent growth through to our exciting plans for the immediate future and beyond. Departmental heads then talked about their areas of the business and conducted informal interviews for various roles. There were fun challenges in the afternoon, and energy levels remained high throughout the day thanks to the pizza delivery at lunchtime and a constant supply of sugar via the pick n mix stall.
