Bulk download Evidence for an ECO Measures Report

PAS Hub now supports the bulk download of ECO Evidence for all Measures within an ECO Measure Report in accordance with ECO filename conventions. This is a welcome change that aims to provide Companies with a simple process for downloading all ECO Evidence and reduce the amount of manual processing that is required to report to a Funder or Supplier that are using their own platforms.

Other Changes

PAS Hub will now generate a “Claim of Compliance PAS 2035” following the Retrofit Coordinator signing off the final Measure within a Job and the Job Status updating to Awaiting Lodgement. The relevant Evidence Category for TrustMark lodgement will also be set at this point.

PAS Hub will now create a Pending DWP Check for Assessments or Technical Visits that are submitted with an EST Consent Form (ESTC) completed on the iPad. If a Job has a DWP Check in-progress (i.e. with a Status of Pending or Extracted) or a completed Matched DWP Check, then a new DWP Check will not be created.

There have been several improvements to inputting manual addresses on PAS Hub. This includes the option to enter alphabetical characters into the House Number field and allows either the House Number or House Name to be provided.

PAS Hub now supports TrustMark lodgement for Park Home Insulation Measures.

PAS Hub will now output the “Installed Heating System” for Other Heating Measures to the ECO Measure Report under “Actual Main Heating Source for the Property”.

Survey Pack Update

The following Surveys are being released to the iPad in the latest Survey Pack:

• Deemed Scores Survey (DSSY) with Floorplan integration
• Room-in-Room Insulation Checklist (RIRI)
• Declaration of Compliance and Conformity (DOCC) support for additional Measures:

         – External Wall Insulation and Internal Wall Insulation
