New ‘On-Hold’ Job functionality in PAS Hub

Jobs ‘On-Hold’

PAS Hub now allows users to set a Job to On-Hold with an On-Hold Reason to enable better management of inflight Jobs that are not progressing at this time. The On-Hold Reasons are configurable within PAS Hub and will be unique to each Company but examples might include scaffolding requirements, and customer availability or access issues.

There is a new On-Hold Reasons area that is available for Company Admin Users. This contains all existing On-Hold Reasons that users have configured within PAS Hub and allows users to create or edit these as required. PAS Hub will display basic information regarding each On-Hold Reason, including the User that created or edited the On-Hold Reason, and the date that this action was completed. In addition, it is also possible to filter on the Reason field.

Job list filters have been added to support the ‘On-Hold’ functionality. For example users can include or exclude ‘On-Hold’ jobs within the job list. Or, you can filter by ‘On-Hold Reason’ and if required filter jobs that have different On-Hold Reasons.

Job creation changes:

It is now required that new Jobs are created using the relevant ECMK account. Please ensure that the ECMK account that is available for you to select is correct and matches the credentials that you have set on PAS Hub.
