Sales progression platform, mio, has partnered with CoreLogic, leading provider of consumer, financial and property data to help automate the construction of hundreds of thousands of property chains.
CoreLogic, which is a provider of consumer, financial and property data, will supply mio with property data that removes the requirement for agents to add the details of their properties to mio. This will save agents valuable time and further simplify the process of creating visibility of a chain within the mio system.
The announcement comes as mio continues to develop at pace and follows the recent launch of the mio chain view API which, via a simple integration, allows all parties involved in a sale or purchase to benefit from a single view of the chain. mio has also recently started to benefit from mortgage broking and property search updates from two of the UK’s leading providers and is expected to add a further two significant data feeds within in the next six weeks.
