What we’ve learnt by speaking to customers, is a big part of our support is being able to speak or correspond directly with our Retrofit Coordination Team. We are very proud of the team we’ve built to date and the wealth of experience they bring.
Our team currently consists of 24 people, who are either in Retrofit Coordination or Compliance roles. Most have come from a background within Energy and ECO and between them have an impressive 125 years industry experience.
Previous positions held have included Domestic Energy Assessors, Property Surveyors, Commercial Energy Assessors, Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators, Installers, Engineers, Compliance Analysts, Auditors and Professional Trainers.
Some of the team have worked for Local Authorities, Energy and Utility Firms and also Independent Installation Companies, bringing a diverse wealth of experience from across the industry.
Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to some of our colleagues from the team, so that you can get to know them a little better and put faces to the names of the people that you might speak to over the phone.
