Latest enhancements to PAS Assessment App and the survey pack

In our latest release for the PAS Assessment App, we’ve made several changes to improve the user experience which are outlined below:

PAS Assessment

The following changes have been made in PAS Assessment v2.9.0:

• The Photo Tray has now been enhanced to allow you to preview the photos that have been taken and delete photos that are no longer required.
• The main Jobs screen has been updated to show the second line of the address for each Job.
• It is now possible to multi-select photos to use on a photo question both on importing from the external camera roll and using the Photo Tray within PAS Assessment.
• It is now possible to skip the DLUHC address search on using the Verify Address option within Property Details. This is to provide support for manual addresses.
• The document generation messages that are returned to the iPad following Job submission have been enhanced to notify you under more circumstances if the documents have failed to generate for a Job. If a Job has failed to generate documents, then please contact CoreLogic UK Support to resolve.

Survey Pack Update

The following changes have been made in the latest Survey Pack Update:

• There will be a new Document Review section shown within each Job. This will allow you to review generated PDFs for Jobs following submission.
• There is a new Floor Area question that has been added to Ventilation Survey (PAS Assessment), General Details (Technical Visit), and DOCC (Installation).
• There is a new Water Penetration question that has been added to General Details (Technical Visit) and DOCC (Installation). This was an existing question within the Condition Survey (PAS Assessment) so this will now be shown on all routes.
• There is a new Number of Stories question that has been added to General Details (Technical Visit) and DOCC (Installation). This was an existing question within the PAS Assessment.
• There is a new Moisture Build-Up question that has been added to General Details (Technical Visit) and DOCC (Installation). This was an existing within the Condition Survey (PAS Assessment) so this will now be shown on all routes.
• There is a new Pre-Main Heating Source question that has been added to PAS Assessment (PAS Assessment), General Details (Technical Visit), and DOCC (Installation).
• There is a new Floor Plan photo section that has been added to PAS Assessment (PAS Assessment), General Details (Technical Visit), and DOCC (Installation).
• The Detachment Type has been removed from the PAS Significance Survey. This will now be populated from PAS Assessment instead.
