Job Evidence Management Updates to PAS Hub Software

CoreLogic have made further enhancements to the PAS Hub desktop software, continuing to provide the best possible platform to clients and ensuring that the management of ECO and Retrofit jobs is seamless and efficient.

PAS Hub Changes

  • There have been several improvements to how Evidence is managed within PAS Hub to reduce the number of duplicates that are shown within the Job > Evidence area and streamline the user experience. Following this change, if a Job has been resubmitted from the iPad multiple times, then PAS Hub will remove duplicates from the Evidence area within the Job and store two copies of each document, these are the latest version and the previous version.

Note that PAS Hub will not remove Evidence that has been uploaded to TrustMark or sent to ECO Hub. This allows a complete audit history for the Evidence to be maintained. In these cases, it will be possible for the Job to have more than the latest and previous versions if an earlier version meets these conditions. 

  • PAS Hub now supports integration with third-party solutions to create and cancel Jobs. Please contact CoreLogic for further information regarding API integration with PAS Hub to discuss implementation of these. 

CoreLogic Survey Pack Update

The following Surveys have been released to the iPad, or updated:

  • Declaration of Conformity and Completed Installation (DOCC) – The following Measures can now be completed: Draughtproofing, Partial Fill Cavity Wall Insulation, Party Cavity Wall Insulation, Pitched Roof Insulation, Underfloor Insulation.
  • First Time Central Heating (FTCH) – This now allows up to six ESH to be assessed.

Note that there is a scheduled update for the Deemed Scores Survey (DSSY) for the week commencing 01/02/2021. This will update the Floorplan photo question to accept up to three photographs to account for multiple storeys. Following this change, if you use the Job > Options > Assessment Options > Velox Forms Path > Restamp then there is a risk that existing photographs will be lost.
