Installers working under ECO3 from the 1 July

From today (1st July) all installers who want to continue working under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO3)  Government scheme, must be certified to PAS 2030:2019 (previously PAS 2030:2017). Retrofit work carried out under this funding stream must be carried out in accordance with the PAS 2035 standards, which means work must be overseen by a TrustMark registered Retrofit Coordinator and property assessments must be carried out by qualified Retrofit Assessors.
