eTech become associate members of the CML

eTech Solutions are delighted to become associate members of the CML joining 80 other associates.

Mark Blackwell,  eTech’s Lending and Surveying Services Director commented:

“We are excited about joining the CML and supporting its members with our innovative and market leading property risk software services. Our mobile technology and risk management solutions are addressing challenges lenders and also surveying firms are facing upto today. We intend to be active associate members of the CML and we recognise the great work they do in bringing the industry together around many key issues – better control, efficiency and resilience in property risk management is just one of those areas. We look forward to offering our complementary services to members and associate members alike.”

The CML is the main trade body representing UK mortgage lenders. Members are banks, building societies, and other lenders who together account for around 95% of the nation’s residential lending.

The role of the CML is to bring lenders together on matters of common interest, and to speak for the collective mortgage industry. The CML promote good practice, collect and and publish data on mortgage lending, comment on market issues, and liaise on behalf of members with the many organisations, government departments, and commentators who have an interest in the UK’s £1.3 trillion mortgage market.
