Enhanced functionality to support ECO 2

To support ECO 2, we have developed a number of enhancements for Property Hub and Property Assessment iPad App:

• From the Property Details screen on the Property Hub it is now easy to determine whether a Property is eligible against ECO v1 or ECOv2 (from 1st April 2014).

• Property Assessment iPad App has been updated with the new CSCO Postcodes that cover the previous 15% lowest income areas plus extra 10% of lowest income areas (so now all lowest 25% lowest income areas are flagged as CSCO).

• ETT Cavity Insulation and Standard Loft Insulation are now flagged as CERO V2 in both Property Hub and Property Assessment iPad App.
