Are you ready for the 1st July?

19th May 2021

Installers who work under the ECO3 Government funded scheme, must update their certification from PAS 2030:2017 to PAS 2030:2019, if they’ve not already done so.

From the 1st July 2021, it will be mandatory that all work carried out under ECO3 must be compliant with PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019. This includes the requirement for a project to be overseen and lodged into the TrustMark Data Warehouse by a TrustMark registered Retrofit Coordinator.

What does this mean for installers?

Installers will need to work with TrustMark approved retrofit professionals, unless they choose to fulfil these roles in-house, provided they go through the necessary training and accreditation required, and any potential conflicts of interest are highlighted. Further details about the new standards can be found on the TrustMark website.

How CoreLogic can help

CoreLogic have developed PAS Hub, a desktop software platform that supports PAS and other Government funding streams including GHG, GHG LADS and ECO3.

PAS Hub works in conjunction with the mobile PAS 2035 Retrofit App, which enables Retrofit Assessors to capture assessment data on-site and submit direct to PAS Hub for onward progression.

PAS Hub provides a seamless and efficient workflow process for the management of jobs and transfer of work between multiple companies. The software enables ecmk Accredited Retrofit Coordinators to be instructed to review, validate and approve data and evidence, whilst collaborating with other retrofit professionals, assessors, installers and associated partners.

On project completion, ecmk Accredited Retrofit Coordinators can sign-off and lodge direct from the PAS Hub platform via API connection, to the TrustMark data warehouse.

Please note: The PAS Hub software currently supports the PAS 2030:2017 journey as well as PAS 2030:2019.
